On 29 October 2025, the REACTION consortium officially launched the project during a two-day kick-off meeting hosted in Vienna. Partners gathered to align on objectives, refine the scientific and technological roadmap, and define the first steps for coordinated communication, data management, and stakeholder engagement.
The meeting marked an important milestone, setting the foundations for a collaborative effort aimed at strengthening food defence through innovative, science-based solutions.
The consortium now moves forward with a shared vision and a clear plan for the upcoming months.
